I have always had a good experience when shopping here. The downside is that after you make the purchase, and you go to pick your items up, they do not tell you that you have to load the stuff yourself. We just went on July 11th to pick up a queen size bedroom set, bunk beds, and recliners. All of the items are really heavy, and yet my husband had to load the stuff himself. We were not told that we were going to have to load the items ourselves, so we did not bring people to help. Then, we do not even get all the items that we ordered. They had to reorder two of the pieces, and now I have to wait another week to get them in because they only get one delivery a week. So, we went to pick up the remaining pieces to our bedroom set today, June 18th. While we were there, we informed the manager that the stove drawer was damaged. We took it and showed her. We only did not inform her last week due to her not being at work because she was on jury duty. She told us there was nothing that could be done. I called customer service and explained the whole situation, and they basically told me that because we chose to pick it up ourselves, then there was nothing that could be done. She basically stated that we caused the damage ourselves. She also stated that for in store pickup that they do not have to help you load it. We could have had it delivered. I told her that I was not paying $300 to have it delivered 15 minutes down the road. It's said that you can go to any other furniture store and do a pick-up order, and they will help you load it. For instance, I just went to roses and bought a queen bed and box spring, and they helped load it. That's what you call customer service. So now I have purchased a new stove and it was damaged by them but yet I have to pay for it. Clearly, by looking at the picture, you can see I did not do this damage. I took these pictures right after I took the box off of the stove also when I got my receipt from paying no where did they give me any documents stating the policy's of pick vs delivery or anything about returns.
I was recently released from the hospital with serious mobility limitations. The Clinton store staff took the time to help me find a power recliner and get it delivered right away. Thanks for the excellent service.
Horrible, horrible, horrible delivery service. They delivered the incorrect furniture, and then the manager of the store, Destiny, blames me. She called me "shug" and was extremely inappropriate in speaking with me. The furniture is beautiful, but the delivery service is an absolute headache. They are soooo unprofessional. They will not give you a heads up when they are delivering items. They will call the day before and tell you they are coming the next day with little to no time to plan for someone to be home so they can deliver it. It has been an absolute nightmare. You will get your furniture two months later, and just hope you get the right furniture and not someone else's furniture. I hated this experience with Badcock to the point I reached out to corporate. It's so sad for them to have such beautiful furniture but ugly customer and delivery service. It's a complete turn off. And, that goes for the Dunn location as well.
Very affordable customer service was excellent. The ladies we very welcoming. I Purchased a whole 5 piece bed set for half the price than if i would of went to other furniture stores. I will be taking my business back to purchase more furniture in the near future thank you so much ladies ๐
