Crystal is very nasty towards customers as if she doesn’t wanna make any money, this is not a job for her. Her customer service is horrible I called and just asking about a bed frame for a bed, I was going to order from Rent-A-Center and all she was concerned about was why did I want I wanna order a bed frame from them, If I was ordering from Rent-A-Center and asked me that multiple times and proceeded to act like she didn’t wanna do my quote over the phone … It took everything in me not be rude back …. Before they took over this Aaron’s The staff old staff was phenomenal … My family has dealt with this Aaron’s for years before these new owners … Very disappointing !

From the moment we walked into the store, these people acted like family! Miss Dee was so wonderful and opened my eyes to a whole new world of refrigerators. Same day delivery and the delivery guys was so nice. Looking forward to a long relationship with Aaron’s thank you Miss Dee!

The GM Andrea was one of the most rude people I have ever experienced. Also while trying to make a payment she was acting like a bulky because I did not want to do auto pay. It has been horrible since she started there and every encounter I have had with her.

Some of the staff seem nice enough that being said I was 2 days late with a payment 1st time ever in 2 years and this being my second purchase from them, they show up at my house to ask me what the problem is. WOW I had no ideal what was going on, he told me that he wasn't at my house to take my stuff only wanted to know what was going on and when would I be able to make my payment. I feel this is very unprofessional, I've been a good customer and felt great about working with them until this.
