I went to the young’s st location in Tonawanda. They set everything up in 10 minutes and were able to deliver within 2 days!

Amanda and her team is always there to help me get the best part at the best prices, plus delivery. Even the delivery guy was awesome and when I needed them to handle my equipment they was here for me. To everyone is great awesome job....

We have gotten a bedroom set, a sofa and loveseat, a Nintendo switch and also a $400 retro boombox. Spent somewhere around $5,000. On separate occasions. The bedroom set has been a nightmare from the minute they dropped it off and set it up. The two delivery men that originally set up the dresser must not have had a screwdriver, because I had to take all the drawers out and screw literally every screw in the dresser and drawers, because they were only hand tight at best. The original dresser was scratched. It was supposedly new, but came with screws that neither fit correctly or were part of the set at all. It look like somebody found a couple screws on the floor and used them instead of the screws that were supposed to come with it. Needless to say, the drawer handles started coming out and getting ruined. After a year they finally gave us a new one. The new one is now currently a year old and already falling apart. The day they delivered the bed, they set it up and I noticed that the headboard was way off center. They sent somebody out a day or two later to fix it. He said the frame was not the right match for the headboard, so the holes didn't line up. Instead of replacing either the headboard or the frame,because supposedly they didn't have any that would match up together, the guy drilled a couple holes in the flakeboard wood and and mounted the headboard completely incorrectly, without using any washers, which started the whole process of the frame being destroyed. Also, the headboard was still off center in relation to the bed by about 3 inches, because that was the best he could do. It looked like crap, so they gave us $100 off, but what good is that when the bed looks like crap and the frame is ruined? The bed frame was supposedly a heavy duty metal frame, capable of holding 2000lbs! But guess what? Within 3 months, the legs had already bent. When we asked about a replacement, we we're given a song and dance, followed by months of empty promises. The set has been paid for in full for over a year, but no replacement. I'm writing this now because I just noticed the plastic on the drawers is bubbling and peeling and I'm totally regretting having spent thousands of dollars on complete junk, that was put together by in a hurry deliverymen. I will say; all the employees are friendly for the most part, that's the only reason for the two stars. We are currently most likely going to be purchasing a new fridge and portable dishwasher but we are not going to Rent-A-Center for it, we will be going to Aaron's right across the way. We highly suggest you do the same!

Awesome customer service in the sales department and I received great quality products, but you sent a rude and nasty bill collector to my home on a Saturday morning and he harassed me and my small kids. That is completely unacceptable and was not called for or legal. You should not send out thugs to intimidate customers who are behind at all, let alone for one payment..

My debit card has changed as my bank changed from visa to master card. Then i had fraud and this location has called and texted 15 times in one day. It’s come to harassment. It’s one day and this is taking out of my work day. One message is more than enough. What is wrong with this picture? Literally one business day. I will never do business again with this company and I will 100 percent share this feedback to anyone who will listen. The worst company to do business with.
