If I could give zero stars I would. Drove all the way from Queens to be ignored. The girl at the front desk didn’t greet me and was very rude and not helpful. She told me to look it up on my phone. I’ve used this service before and this by far was the worst customer service experience. This is a poor representation of the company.

Had a delivery scheduled they told me they couldn’t do the delivery because the driver called out. They rescheduled me for a week later to then come and not even have the pieces to the item. The bedroom said was not complete is missing the marble top that leaves the drawers open and exposed, and instead of them trying to accommodate me to give me a set schedule time they’re giving me a open window from 2 to 5 hours. The bedroom set is not complete. With parts they left at store that store is horrible. Close that one to

They are the WORST place, I bought a pc from them not only did they fail to mention that I need to have a membership and they also used the extra money that I put towards my pc for a membership that I didn’t ask for or know about and not only did they lie about the monthly bill they took 2 extra weeks from when they were suppose to bring it. I wish that was the end of it because y’all I bought this pc in FEBRUARY and didn’t get it until the last week in MARCH by APRIL 3rd the pc STOPPED working. I had to send it in they were going to take approximately an entire MONTH to pick it up and bring it back. YALL I still don’t have my pc and they swore I would get it back before MAY. When I tell you DONT EVER shop here don’t do it.

The manager is cool but the communication is not good at all I was only delivered my bed frame not my mattress or box sprain no cares the employee told me I'll call you once we have a delivery date no one called me I had to call them just to be told November 17th I'm definitely not coming back here I'm not from here so when it comes to professionalism that's what I expected especially if you are a company I was going to advice everyone to go there but no anymore I'm just gone pay this off and never look back I don't play about my time and people who can careless. Don't recommend all!! I told my husband never coming back and he is from harlem very DIGUSTED

This is my first time leaving a review for anything first we give a shout out to Miss Barbara Lee hoping I'm pronouncing her name right. she was very attentive an extremely helpful. The manager true professional and they made me feel very welcome. Especially for a new transplant to a neighborhood of adjusting to the Bronx Yes I'm a little bougie I moved up here from the upper east side of Manhattan.
Hi🙋. August 6th 2025 Delivery guys were so prompt and helpful they explained everything about the products. They put everything together. I got my TV stand and my 75 inch television 📺 today . No complaints ✅
