Me and my family went to have dinner at Moe's and we almost watched a kid get hit by a car because I noticed the Rent a center truck parked in front of Dave's hot chicken, so the family couldn't see traffic coming.
Don't waste your time or money they tell you one thing and do another. Can't get any help from store crew called multiple times they don't answer got told by the manager she would call me back that never happened still taking my money for an item I don't have and won't establish contact to find out when I can get it used to be a decent place to do business but apparently there was only one good worker because since he left service has been non-existent
I have reached out to support MULTIPLE TIMES, with no response. Every payment I make only credits 20! Where is the rest of my money going! I would like this fixed. I have screenshots. It's been happening for months
Definitely give this specific rent a center the best rating I can give! They have always done more than good by me. Tyler and Maria have always listend, they care about their customers and they go out of their way to help and provide the customers needs. Ive had the best customer experience with this store and their employees
Tyler and his Staff are not only professional, but caring and empathetic. After having several misses to have them pick up my furniture (my fault), they scheduled it and were on time and very kind and understanding. I would recommend this store to anyone. I hope the admin team knows how valuable Tyler is to the team!
