First time I bought a washer and dryer here it was delivered to me broken and the washer had dirty water in it that leaked all over my floor it was later explained to me that I was given someone else's picked up set by the guy who delivered it , The manager was extremely rude and tried to lie to me about it even though I had video/ photo and recorded proof ( i also have security cameras) . After this I said never again , recently I moved into a new house and my sofa was broken in the move , My family member convinced me to go here and the manager was once again unhelpful,and rude to both of us. They hired a new girl and she was very nice but with poor management im not sure how well she will be supported in her role. Due to this i paid cash out right for a new sofa at another store, which I would have done here if I wasn't given the run around from the manager. Hopefully they can figure it out.

Asked for the furniture to be retrieved due to it not being used had to call 4 times and talk to 5 people to get it picked up and now they took a payment for furniture that's already been returned bc someone never closed the account or took my card off auto pay

Y'all need to teach your driver's how to drive!!!!!! One of your drivers literally nearly hit my gf while she was on her ebike because they don't know how to drive in terrible weather!!!! Not acceptable
