They’ve recently connected with Amazon for returns. Seems the gentleman at the desk isn’t happy about it. He was very rude about the return. No where does Amazon say anything needed to be in the original box or you needed the SKU to return an item at this location when I did my returns on Amazon. I even marked not in original package when doing my return on Amazon. He was annoyed that I didn’t know that when returning the items. I’d suggest going to a different location to do a return. I was going to ask about a second fridge for my house for the summer while I was there but from the way he acted I decided not to do business with them after all. I’ll just go buy one. I know You never know who’s walking through your doors. I know my few little packages don’t give them much back .50-1.00 per return but those numbers can add up.
First time I bought a washer and dryer here it was delivered to me broken and the washer had dirty water in it that leaked all over my floor it was later explained to me that I was given someone else's picked up set by the guy who delivered it , The manager was extremely rude and tried to lie to me about it even though I had video/ photo and recorded proof ( i also have security cameras) . After this I said never again , recently I moved into a new house and my sofa was broken in the move , My family member convinced me to go here and the manager was once again unhelpful,and rude to both of us. They hired a new girl and she was very nice but with poor management im not sure how well she will be supported in her role. Due to this i paid cash out right for a new sofa at another store, which I would have done here if I wasn't given the run around from the manager. Hopefully they can figure it out.
Asked for the furniture to be retrieved due to it not being used had to call 4 times and talk to 5 people to get it picked up and now they took a payment for furniture that's already been returned bc someone never closed the account or took my card off auto pay
Y'all need to teach your driver's how to drive!!!!!! One of your drivers literally nearly hit my gf while she was on her ebike because they don't know how to drive in terrible weather!!!! Not acceptable

Received a stove less than a month ago that is malufuctiong and store refuses to replace
