I love the rentacenter stores I'd be renting from them instead of aarons

Love my local store always willing to work with you and they are vary good at there job.

I moved here from Calif. and didn't bring any of my furniture I spoke to Stephanie and Sam and told them what I needed they both were very helpful. When I arrived my bedroom was delivered on time and also my sofa I'm very pleased with their service. They were very professional.

PLEASE don't waste your time or energy on Rent A Center thinks they are above the law they think they can trespass on people's properties and borderline harassment whenever they feel is necessary they act all nice in the store but have no respect when it comes down to there payments. You should not have to explain every little think to these people it's no one's business but your own. No place blowes up your phone like they will for one payment not NYSEG nor Spectrum or anyplace alse is that rude and its just sad they cant even bother to tell you that couch has WHOLES in it.

My mom has a furniture on with them but she can’t pay it so they’ve been calling me to receive payments. Her loan is due on the 5th of every month. I had a major surgery 4/5 and received multiple calls during the time I literally was under anesthesia. On 4/6 I was still in the hospital and called the Oneonta RAC and politely told them I just had a major surgery but would call them that upcoming Monday to arrange payment for my mom since I was still in recovery by and under observation. The only thing the employee named Stephanie had to say was “well then there will be a late fee” This place will harass you with phone calls like loan sharks and take advantage of you. After this loan is finished getting paid off I will be making sure my mother or anyone I know ever used this RAC or any RAC again. ***EDIT*** in response to the comment below about calling RAC to resolve the issue. I did. I spoke to a gentleman that was very kind who said he would amend the issue. Then the next month came around and the same woman who called not caring that I just had a major surgery called me in the middle of my workday to ask for their money. My opinion still stands. Awful company. My moms debt is almost paid and after that neither I nor she will ever be using this company again.

Great choice of product very very poor customer service. If you are even one day late on your payment they call your phone once every 2 hours all day then they show up at your door demanding payment or to given back the product rather than being patient and giving the customer a chance to call and make it to store between work, children etc. go to Aaron's better selection better customer service. My family will NOT be going back there. Their version of customer service is borderline harassment.
