Customer reviews
This store makes no sense to me. I had a promise date to pay for today 06/22/26 since I couldn’t make it on Saturday because of the Holiday. However, I made the payment today and the repo guy still showed up even tho I made the payment today and my account was good. I already paid half of my loan so I am just going to pay off my lease because I don’t want to keep dealing with Aaron they just want to take your stuff back and resell it to make more profit off it. If you don’t believe me just look it up. Also, not to mention they have terrible customer service. My advice to everyone is to just avoid this place and if you can just afford to pay off your lease just do it. It is sad because I am an active buyer but I rather to go somewhere else where they can actually respect me as a customer. Also, another thing lease-to-own (or rent-to-own) payments often go unreported it won’t help you if you are working on your credit. Go somewhere else. Period.
Worst store ever the people that work there are slow and unprofessional they have u waiting forever to get your future delivered
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The manager “BERNICE” was unbelievably rude for no reason. My partner ordered appliances and gave permission for me to handle the call, yet she refused to speak to me, talked down to us, and even threatened to cancel our entire order. She acted like helping us was a problem. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a business in my life. Completely unacceptable.
I placed an order for a dining table and 6 chairs with the .01 down promotion, however a few days later I received a call from a woman at the Middletown store and was told I had to pay the first month before I got my furniture. I felt dooped to say the least. I've dealt with this place before and didn't have any problems. I'm quite annoyed that I didn't get what I ordered under this promotion. Not good business.
I wish I could Rate 0 stars. Never have I ever purchased any furniture used or new and come home to find dead roaches taped in the back and dead in the fridge. But I guess This is what we get at the Middletown Aaron’s
