I absolutely love coming in this store and doing business! Anytime I come in I specifically look for Marfy, their General Manager! She is an absolute pleasure to work with! Always has a sparkling positive vibe and you can clearly see her passion for helping her customers!

Aaron in massena, New York has a new manager and she is awesome. Her name is Marfy if you want to deal with anybody deal with her and her staff they are great people to work with. They are five star ratings all the way. We've been with Aaron's for years and never had an issue with them

Marfy was wonderful. Our washer broke down mid cycle last night so we were anxious to get a new one as soon as possible that was also within our budget. Marfy helps us do just that, and within 20 minutes! We will definitely go back for future purchases when necessary!

Amazing store. Very kind and quick delivery. Such kind staff. I ordered a sofa from Walmart and it’s been almost a month and still no delivery. Ordered a stove and dishwasher from Home Depot and it’s been almost 3 weeks and still no delivery, plus they messed it up and had to reorder it. But when I got my fridge from Aaron’s, BOOM. Aaron’s delivered the next day. Even with being short staffed during COVID-19. Very well done guys. I hope you all get a raise and a nice extra Christmas bonus. You’ve earned it and more. If I ever need anything else furniture wise, I’m coming straight to you guys from now on no matter the extra costs. I hate waiting. Love you guys.

the manager Steve has been absolutely OUTSTANDING and very understanding with me about my account, he is always wiling to go above and beyond to ownership my merchandise. also, Marfy and the accounts manager Joe are always helpful too! I really recommend Aarons. People up there are great and always willing to help!
