Good experience at Rent-A-Center! Staff was helpful and explained all the rental terms clearly. Nice selection of furniture and electronics to choose from. The payment plan worked well for my budget and delivery was prompt. Appreciate having flexible options when you need furniture right away.

Rent-A-Center in Malone my. Where do I begin? Well let me first start by saying that I have been a customer of this place for many, MANY years. I have had good experiences and bad. My past experiences when they had different management a few years back I would have given an overall rating of ZERO. But since dealing with Dan Cibelli I must say what an absolute wonderful person. He has addressed ALL of my problems sufficiently and promptly. He has been the absolute most awesome person to me and my family. Dan has a heart of pure gold. I recently lost my unbiologically related brother in June of 2024 and then my father in Oct of 2024. Dan was so very sympathetic and was willing to help me with my payments while I was grieving. He was willing to let me be a couple days late to ensure I focused more in my losses and didn't have the extra stress. When I call because of financial instabilities he is always so willing to work with me and do whatever he can to make sure we are both happy at the end of the conversation. Dan thinks strictly and solely about making his customers happy and content. He worried about getting his payments as directed but he is more focused about keeping his customers and keeping them reasonably happy. All of the employees that currently work at the Malone location are equally as outgoing. I would not choose nor would I go to another rent a center location to do business. I am extremely over the top happy with the service I receive. The employees, Leah, Rob, Joe and Jeremiah are all wonderful , wonderful people to deal with. At this location Dan always puts his customers first. Not only do I do business with Dan but he has become a good friend as well 😀. My overall rating for this facility is a 5 STAR all the way. My local rent a center has the best employees ever! They are very prompt helping me out, with my needs.the manager is a very wonderful person along with all the employees, I am very good customer and I appreciate everything they do for me.

The staff at my store have been absolutely wonderful. Joe helped sell me a washer and dryer within my budget and didn't make me feel like I was bothering them when I needed someone to come look at it when the hose they hooked up had a crack in it. Everyone has been great, very professional, and easy to work with.

You pay about triple by the time your done but there are no credit checks and if you change your mind they just take it back. They deliver and set up at no extra charge! Sweet deal if you live paycheck to paycheck like most around here.
