This company has done everything possible in any way to make me happy. Actually to the point where I thought it was a little over kill I’ve dealt with other rental places, but this is probably the only one that I had management go out of their way to help me and make sure I was content
Such a terrible place to rent from. Save your time and go to Aaron’s. I have always paid my merchandise in full to Rent A Center. Even when they screwed me on a couch. They had an issue with one of my family members and refused to rent to me. Someone who has rented from them for the last 20 years and has always been a good customer and even referred friends to them. They even texted my daughter info regarding one of my family members that had absolutely nothing to do with her. Save yourself the headache and go to Aaron’s. I have nothing but great experiences with Aaron’s. I plan on reporting this store and showing them the disgusting text messages sent to my daughter and myself and the nasty phone call that I recorded with the staff members yelling at me over the phone. These people are unprofessional in every sense of the word.

Sarah has been so helpful every year with my computer needs for my small business. She's very friendly and willing to help during difficult times. We've become very friendly over the past few years. I always ask for Sarah for fast and friendly service.

Great over the phone customer service from everyone I talked to. The two guys who came to deliver (couches/washer) yesterday… were fast, friendly & honest. Couldn’t get the big couch in front door & they were running late so they left it on the back porch (which we talked about) & we got it in fast. Overall great staffing & products come as described. Very pleased. Will definitely be ordering from RAC from now on! Thanks guys! -Nicole T. Only issue was loveseat has the fabric pulled back on the bottom one corner from moving in the door but I’m sure I can easily hide it.
