I’ve been renting from Rent-A-Center for about a year now, and I can honestly say the customer service has been amazing the entire time. Dallas, Nevin, Marie , andJohn have all been doing a great job and have always treated me with respect and kindness whenever I come in or have questions. They’re professional, helpful, and make the whole renting process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that consistently cares about their customers the way they do. I appreciate all their hard work and will definitely continue renting from them in the future. Highly recommend!

Manager made things right. Just be aware of hidden charges and getting different prices from different workers.

They were supposed to deliver a tv today between 1:00-3:00pm then I received a text that delivery would be between 3:00-5:00pm. I just called at 4:40pm to confirm delivery and they said unfortunately they won’t be delivering today but Tuesday. So no courtesy call letting me now about this changes. I’ve been home waiting for them, expecting my tv to be delivered today 8/30/25 TV was delivered today 9/2/2025 after waiting all day for them, one person got here at almost 6:00pm( that’s the time the store closes) he asked me to help him bring tv inside because box was broken and if he lifted box tv would fall. I helped him, I signed paperwork and he left. I took out tv from box and plugged it in before placing it where I wanted it but I didn’t get to that point because tv screen is cracked. Mind you tv is supposedly new. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to see what they will do about this situation!! 🙄 worse experience ever with this company.

Sold a faulty ac to me I have been fighting with them for over 2 months never can speak to the manger hear 4 different things from 4 different people come into their store open cigarettes on the counter staff sitting on the floor on their phone and could careless about professionalism
