My family have been customers since 1992 when they were originally known as Rent Way and Tom was manager. So that’s about 34 years. The East Greenbush stores employees are like family to us Doug, Steve and Mike are awesome they go above and beyond to please their customers. I am curious though recently different people been calling not sure if Doug, Steve or Mike are still there because I get voice mails from a Tim or Carrie. I hope they’re still there but if they moved on elsewhere I wish them great success because they’ve always been good to my family especially my mom who passed away 3 years ago. If there’s new managers there I look forward to continuing to be a customer and get to know them as well. Like I said earlier the East Greenbush location are the best.
Tim is so rude and nasty. Worst addition to the staff of the store very confrontational. After I finish my account I will never come back to this store! Lost a customer

This place is a joke!!! They sent over a driver's to my house to exchange furniture and they never showed up at the times that they said, I stepped out for a few minutes there drivers showed up and started looking through my window at my 13 year old daughter in her undies that was 2 weeks ago and until this day the manager or corporate has had the decency of calling back or nothing has been done with the driver and I have the footage of the driver in the truck peeping through my window and I will be placing charges and escalating this to the next level
