Your employee refused service to me because it was 30 minutes before closing. I already placed an online reservation and couldn't even pick it up because he said the online services were down. I'm very upset
The employees at this store always go above and beyond to help their customers. They are kind, knowledgeable, helpful, will go out of their way to find the product you want if they do not have it in store. They are amazing. I have rented from them since 2017 and always go back to them. Would not go anywhere else.
My husband and I walked in and were immediately greeted by 3 of your employees that we have known for many years. I went in knowing i wanted a couch but didn't know how the processes worked and didn't have high hopes in finding what i wanted that day. I truly appreciate all the help we received along with the laughs and letting my kids run the store. We are very happy with our purchase and cant thank the guys enough for delivering it to me that day! :)
All the guys at the store are the best employees ever! I'll never buy from another Rent-A-Center just this one in Cortland New York because they got a good team and they do anything to help you out! Top notch service! And as far as prices if you pay your stuff off within 6 months you're getting it at retail and if you don't it's your own darn fault you're paying too much so don't complain about it!
Good only if you dont have the cash right away to purchase items. Very unfair, unforgiving, and lack of compassion staff. The staff harass you like your bill money ìs going into their wallet. Ive called corporate bc their treatment was so bad. I dont recommend this company especially the cortland ny location at all!!
