We went to the store to look for a washer and dryer combo got one delivered in a few days got a bed last year too it is a great place to buy thing that you need easy and she was helpful

Biggest waste of time. Set up delivery date and time via text only for them to FORGET about the delivery twice. By the same employee(how?). Only after calling twice was delivery actually put into their system (because only then did i finally get a text saying what time it was coming) Who has 2 full days to wait around looking out the window? Then not only did it come completely beat up, scratched and chipped but it wasn't even in a box or wrapped up some how? Just thrown onto the truck like it was the beat up floor model. Who would pay over a GRAND for a busted piece of furniture. I understand now that their furniture is used. Ive never gone through RAC but maybe put that somewhere in your website? If someone is going to pay 4 grand for a couch maybe let them know its not going to look like the website description and its going to look terrible.

Been a satisfied customer since 2010! Outstanding customer service! Great products and service! Just rented a new refrigerator yesterday... Monthly price is VERY reasonable! Amazing customer service... Since 2010 we've bought 2 mattresses.. 2 refrigerators.. 2 stoves and 2 tvs!

My family and I went here and I must say, the customer service was impeccable and impressive. The lady walked us through every step of the way. She also shower us that we didn't just have to choose between what was on the show room floor, but also from their website. They would gladly order it and have it sent to my home. As well as showing us that instead of paying the insane price of weekly or monthly payments, we can spend less than a third of the pricing by paying off the balance sooner. Thank you RAC YOU ROCK
