I’ve always had great experiences with Rent-A-Center ! Every purchase I have made,new or pre-owned,has always been in great condition and properly maintained and handled.The staff members are friendly,courteous,knowledgeable and attentive,they are always ready to go above and beyond with their expertise !

They want you to have 4 references is kinda ridiculous especially if you been on time paying things. Have used rent a center for years. They want landlord info as well is kinda ridiculous. I’ll just buy a washer and dryer off Facebook. Won’t be going through rent a center again. What if some of us don’t have family at all for even a reference like come on. Ridiculous update their doing don’t go through them anymore.

My parents had used Rent a Center for years, for various things-- furniture, stoves, refrigerators, and most recently a riding lawn mower. The riding lawn mower was stolen out of our yard and Rent A Center was 100% unhelpful. The manager, if you can call her that, claimed that my father didn't have insurance on the purchase and argued with him about it. After proving that he did, in fact, have insurance on the purchase **READ YOUR LDW AGREEMENT** they still refused to help him. All we could do was file a report with the cops. The manager told my dad that he was still liable for the payments on the now missing lawn mower, despite having that insurance. Horrible service, horrible policies. Do not rent from this rent a center unless you like being taken advantage of.

Terrible business, overcharged me, told them I no longer wanted their products and took them over a month to pick up their overpriced junk from my house, had to tell them I was throwing it outside to get them to pick it up!! I have been doing business with this location for awhile and have had so many personal things happen. I am normally ok talking to them and asking for help and explaining myself. But this morning when I called I spoke to Naomi and she was stressed and when I was asking questions as to what was needed she got upset and was snappy. I will return my item and NEVER do business with them again. When I went to return the item I put it on the counter and walked away and then Naomi proceeded to be rude as I left. Noone should give them business anymore. I would LOVE for the regional manager to call me.
