How It Works

THE STORE MANAGER BECCA IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL SHE LET HER PERSONAL FEELINGS GET IN THE WAY OF HOW SHE PRESENTED HERSELF AS A STORE MANAGER SHE WAS UPSET BECAUSE MY WASHER PIPE IN MY WALL DIDNT MATCH UP WITH THE SCREW ON THE WASHER The men informed me that I would have to buy a certain screw and my landlord would have to install it. They then called the store manager Becca, and informed her on what was going on. She then gave me the choice of keeping The washer and dryer at my house until the landlord came to fix the Screw and also let me know that I would still have to pay my fee every week. I let her know politely that I did not mind. It didn’t matter and that I would get my landlord to do it that same day. She told me that she knew for sure that my landlord wasn’t going to come out and do it, I asked her how did she know she took upon herself and I quote to get in her feelings and say since you want to speak to me like I’m going to the washer and dryer out of your house deactivate your account With us I assured her again that my frustration was not with her and she did not care for what I had to say because she felt like she had the power because she store manager. I hope nobody else goes through this with Becca Just wanna make everyone aware have a good day
I have been trying to talk to someone for two days!!! Both days I am being told "it's busy, what's your number and the store manager will call you back". No one calls you back. Unless you are physically going in the store, you'll receive absolutely no help. 4/16 and 4/17 I called and left my number. This is why customers go in store causing scenes. Why is it day 3 and I cannot receive any help?
There's a man named Ramon that works in this office. Who persists to call me? Madam after I have repeatedly asked him not to I find it offensive. Firstly, second, they do not follow the notes on my account. And they continue to call me during my sleep hours. Instead of after 3 PM. So I am 6 and a 1/2 months. Pregnant and get disrespected and my sleep interrupted every week. This has to stop this office needs to make changes. And they need to work on their professionalism.
Love the furniture I purchased from them but the sales calls, on a near weekly basis, were so annoying! Very happy with my purchase, the price, payment plans but those awful phone calls for nearly 2 years were enough to make me think twice from buying from them again. Even after I requested to be taken off the call list I still regularly received them. Had it not been for the unrelenting push for further sales, while I was still paying off my debt, it would easily be a 5 star experience and 5 start quality furniture.
