I’ve been renting from Aaron’s for 11 months now. So far rented a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and a ps5. The process to rent is so smooth and easy. Every employee here I have interacted with has been extremely polite and made the experience more joyful. Thankfully I have been able to pay my bill on time and early since starting with them so I can’t say how they are when you’re late on payments yet but so far my experience has been great. I look forward to continuing renting from this Aaron’s.

Non stop harassment will sit and bang on my door at 9pm at night while my kids are trying to sleep. This is harassment I advised my children to call the police next time this happens. I want to return the furniture but when they call me back they never leave a message. They have to work around my schedule not show up when they feel like it

I had to make a return and the sales manager lizzy didn't think i could but she called her general manager just to make sure and was able to do that for me. Especially after having made the sale herself in the store to me she was she was very kind on the phone not rude or mad at all about the return. Freaking awesome 👌

Wonderful customer service from the General Manager Joan . He was from the time I spoke to him & even went into the store very polite , friendly and knowledgeable. There was an issue with my furniture ( that I absolutely love ) that he went out of his way to properly explain & make right . He exceeded my expectations in the whole matter . Not once was he rude , impatient , frustrated during my many phone calls to him . He is the epitome of what a General Manager & customer service should be like . He is most definitely an improvement over the prior Management they had there ! Kudos to you Joan !!!!

The worker are lazy. The salesman in the store was very nice and helpful. When it came to the hard part of delivering furniture they said it wouldnt fit in my house without even trying! The furniture never even made it off the truck! It was clear they didnt want to put the work in to properly deliver the furniture to my home. They said they would come back then called and said there was nothing they could do untill Monday . And of course we already paid them. I'm very upset.
