Hey Rent-A-Center Just wanted to let you guys know that I have the worst experience in this 18 years I’ve been a loyal customer of Rent-A-Center with the new management team they’ve been harassing me at work and not just me harassing other customers as well do you guys need to do something about it because you’re losing almost 40% of your loyal customers because of unprofessional management that you guys put in charge how unprofessional is that the manager of the store Sense his driver Donovan harass my personal at work calling me names and threatening me just because my account was passed down 5 days how unprofessional is that. Do you guys hire worthless unprofessional people to run the Santa Fe store I think I speak on behalf of all the customers that I’ve been harassed by the new management team saying that we really miss Sergio who was the last manager store which he offered not just great service amazing service to the you got new customers in old loyal customers as well Like I said as a loyal customer of Rent-A-Center for the past 18 years I feel like you guys should contemplate bringing the old Manager Sergio to run the store again!! And get rid of the new management team And maybe send him back to school to teach them how to properly run a store
Thanks to the Rent-A-Center staff for helping me with everything I needed for my apartment. Some people leave bad reviews, but they personally treat me very well, as long as I make my payments on time. The service is 10/10. If there's something I've seen on the app and I ask in the store, they help me right away! 😁
I have had a terrible time with rent-a-center since I started renting with them. First off when I started renting with them I waited for days to see my agreements. I finally reached out to the store manager Chris to see what was going on he finally sent me a copy of my agreements. I never signed my agreements, they were signed for me. So I never actually signed anything. Second upon my delivery day the store manager sent the delivery drivers to the incorrect address. Even though I updated my address and sent my new lease and verified my address he still sent them to my old address. When they did get to my correct address they had forgotten some of my product at the store. I waited almost 2 hours for them to come back. And even then they didn't have all my stuff they had to set up another appointment to bring the remainder of stuff. Which was days later. Then when I used my washer it flooded my whole house. Never did i get an apology or any compensation for any of this. Then I was a perfect payer out of normal I got taken off auto pay rent a center said it was company wide. But it kept kicking me off and I was required to pay late fees even though I was a perfect payer and it was there system kicking me off auto pay. I still had to pay late fees. Then recently my father died. I was kicked off auto pay again. Obviously I'm busy with everything with my father's death. I explain that to the assistant manager Donavan. Who was extremely rude never said sorry for your loss or anything. J7st can I take your payment. I get a text message the next day from the store manager saying I would like to give you payment relief. While I still get multiple calls a day from Donavan. I ask Donavan what that message from the store manager meant he ignored my .message. I have been asking for Days ro speak to the store manager so I could ask what that message meant. Donavan has not allowed me to speak to the store manager. He lied to me in a text saying he was the store manager and to answer my phone so I answered and it wasn't the store manager. I have been a perfect payer untill this situation even though my experience since the beginning has been horrible. I do not recommend this company at all
Chris we have known him for a long time that is why my wife and I will always come back to Rent a center. My wife has been with rent a center since 1996 and I have been a customer longer then she has. Best place to rent your elctronics and furnitureliving room and bedroom and washer and dryers. no matter what it is. .
I can’t give no good reviews on this place ! I bought a tv stand that had a electric fireplace that never worked and a bad mattress that I got delivered and management has given me nothing but excuses, I was late on a payment 4 days and they went to pick up the stuff I had got so I payed because that was my bad but I am on point with my payments! What about 8 months plus for my correct items which I’m paying for!? Should I go pick up my money than?
