The female staff is very hostile and confrontational over simple questions over the phone, i can see why there’s so many bad reviews on this establishment, very unprofessional and wouldn’t not recommend anyone goes.
The worst customer service ever ....savanna doesn't not know how to talk to ppl or sale an item.....I went in with cash in hand for a sectional will never come back Ashley's sold me a set for 6k ..... Aarons missed out on that thanks to savanna.
The worst customer service ever the GM is rude and speaks to customers in a very unprofessional manner.he doesn't even know policy I was told I had to cancel my online order online and when I did call they said the store had to cancel it that's pretty sad that they have a GM who not only is rude but doesn't even know how to do his job.I will never do business with this store ever again. Everyone beware looks like all the other reviews are 1 star corporate needs to look into this stores employees and make changes before you lose alot of buisness.
Easy application process. When we purchased our furniture a couple of months ago, we Informed them we'd be moving. They told us not to worry, they'd be there to move the furniture to our new residence. When we called to make arrangements, we were told they couldn't accommodate our request. We literally have 2 days to move from one apartment to the other. We called a month in advance to make arrangements. Once again, they haven't kept their word. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
The woman who deals with accounts is the rudest person I have ever dealt with there. When signing my contract the rep and I agreed on a due date. They pulled money from my account a week earlier on my first payment, and I had to call and have them refund my money. She was immediately irate and rude with me because I was asking them to put my money back. I mean she was literally angry! The conversation ended with her straight out telling me that Aaron's doesn't need my business and if I had any more complaints from then on, they would just come and pick up the merchandise, I can go somewhere else, and they would be glad to be done with me. I work in accounting and often have to speak with customers about collections- if I spoke to anyone like that I'd for sure be reprimanded and/or fired. Not only is it poor customer service but she's unprofessional and she made it personal. I tried reaching out online to talk to someone about my experience, but no one ever got back to me. Is this behavior acceptable by your company, Aaron's?
