RUN FAAAR AWAY!! Fedilina is by far the most absolutely rude nasty person I've ever dealt with. Preditory and discriminatory all the way. Absolutely disgusting. She should be let go. Will NEVER shop here again. I'm mortified. Being nasty to someone over the phone and intimidation tactics aren't a good way to do business. SHE is what's wrong with this location. Everything else is fine. I want it reported and recorded. Disgraceful.

My dryer went out brand new. And issue wasn't resolved , didn't hear anything for 6 months, finally reached out got connected with Fedilina. She went above and beyond in our situation. I am now a very happy customer.

Everything was fine until I needed dryer was fixed!!!! I explained i couldn't dry my clothes, i don't just have money to go to a laundry mat i explained that I could not hang my clothes. Because I have dogs, anybody who owns pit.Bulls knows that you can't just hang your clothes anywhere..... i would not recommend getting from them

I made a payment and my balance is not going down its going up in price. At this point I'm going to be paying forever. How can they do this to people who cannot afford to pay it off. That's why people go to them for affordable monthly payments. Not renting any other items from them anymore.

The manager here is amazing! Fidelina was awesome. She explained how the whole rent to own works what my payments would be and when I would be due. She was able to get me delivered the very next day. It was absolutely amazing. I have heard different things about your company from different people but she has made me a life time customer. I will be sending all of my friends here. Awesome work!!
