Made all my payments on time. The one time life throws a curb ball at someone and these Guys aren't your Buddy..... Like the manager said after shifting numbers.. we're a rent to own not a finance company.... So before you go jump in bed with these guys, just know they don't care

Received a rude phone call from the manager. He accused me of having a phone I needed to return, even though I stated he had the wrong number because I have no account with Buddy’s. He continued to tell me I screened his call which I did not. When I went to the store to ask for my number to be removed he didn’t apologize or say anything about the confusion. He simply said”ok the number was removed”.

Buddy's Home Furnishings made my purchase easy recently. No questions asked, they helped me with the items I wanted. They are friendly and I recommend this place for all your home furniture ❤.

Friendly staff.... But calling them over the phone is a different story. Purchased a recliner the arm rest came off .. I asked if they could repair it...they suggested I do it myself.. it's pretty easy they said! Called again about returning it .. all I got was "wow" we'll take of your account and "click" hung on me while trying to get another word in.. no "thank you " or no " we're sorry about that" very unprofessional!

I changed my review on this place. I got a laptop here and paid it off quickly. After paying it off, I asked for my title and said they will mail it. They called me twice after that promoting and offering, asked for my title again and said they will mail it. Been almost 6 months and still no title. I don't think I'll ever go here again.
