This place has the worst customer service ever. The general manager here in Gallup is very rude and imbalanced. He needs more training or a step back on reality. This position of general management for a rent to own store has blew up his head.

Nice store, but Atsee was rude. I was just looking but he kept pushing a sale. I was looking to buy later but he seemed annoyed, hopefully things will be better when I come back

Purchased a dryer at 750 and making monthly payments. Last inquiry I was informed of 250 pay off. Today I’m told 450 . Was never informed of a future increase nor was this in my original contract. Aaron’s is starting to throw hidden fees and extra cost in their sales.

We made our payment on time but still charged a late fee…. They’ll get more money out of you for every little thing, The “manager” told us our payment was due the 3rd of every month. Today I made the payment and I see we were charged a $30+ late fee on top of our lease. I can’t wait to pay these off so we don’t have to deal with this company anymore. They have rude customer service, when you ask questions the ladies get offended and the guy there ain’t no help, he said he’s the manager and gets rude with you when you’re a day behind. One time he asked “what happened to your money? You know your payments due today?” Don’t shop here unless you like being treated like trash. We spoke with an ALBERTA, she needs to work on her customer service.
