I have nothing but excellent things to say about my store the customer service is great I have been with other rent-a-centers within the state that I live in but this is by far the best one I have always been treated wonderfully I'm handicapped and I'm in a wheelchair whenever I need to send something in for repair or absolutely anything at all they come and pick it up at my house usually shortly after I call them they've never made me wait be on reasonable instances and have all these treated me amazing I give my store an excellent review

My personal experience went as follows: I visited the website and chose options I liked and could afford. I took a screenshot and drove to the nearest location to me. The process was simple and the employees helpful. (They aren't intrusive, yet they do let you know that they are available for questions or purchase options) The whole process took under an hour and my purchase was delivered within the week. The delivery men (Will & Shawn)were clean, dressed appropriately, respectful and pleasant to chat with during the set up process. I am a repeat customer due to the professionalism and affordability. Thank you, for consistent, quality customer care!
