Recent reviews from rent-to-own stores in Derry.
Cory was AMAZING. He helped move me into my apartment and later came back months afterward to switch out my couch, and both experiences were flawless. Every challenge he came across, (and there were many 😂) he handled calmly and professionally. He’s kind, respectful, humble, and clearly takes pride in his work. Customer service like this is rare, Cory deserves a promotion. And let’s not forget about Grayson, the manager, is also fantastic and always makes sure I get what’s best for my home. Highly recommend.
Despite what I have seen about Beth being a bad person, I had nothing but a pleasant interaction with her! She answered all my questions and got me the product I wanted. She even exchanged the whole thing when I got it home and realized that the Power system for the computer was missing! They even sent me a thank you card for the purchase! I will go back whenever I need something quick!
I stopped in the store for the first time today on a whim as I was in the area. I was impressed by the range of products, service and payment plans offered. I'm thinking of replacing my couch soon as the dog and kids have done some damage. The manager Beth answered all my questions and I will definitely be going back when I'm ready to order.
Had a fantastic experience with this location. I was having an upcoming surgical procedure to where I needed a power lift recliner. They had none in the state and Maria really worked things out for me and had one shipped in from another state and delivered to me within a few days! She was absolutely so kind and very helpful. Thanks again!
This was my first time trying something like this, so I was a little nervous at first, but Grayson made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. He has been incredibly patient, kind, and professional, and every interaction—whether over the phone or through text—has been so helpful. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend asking for Grayson if you need assistance. You’ll be in great hands.
