Despite what I have seen about Beth being a bad person, I had nothing but a pleasant interaction with her! She answered all my questions and got me the product I wanted. She even exchanged the whole thing when I got it home and realized that the Power system for the computer was missing! They even sent me a thank you card for the purchase!
