They parked their semi truck in front of people’s cars and parked their for 20-30 minutes and blocked cars in. When asked about it she just said he has ten minutes left and walked away. Lady have some human courtesy and intelligence and get out of the way.

Kelly is amazing and very understanding but some of her staff should not be there when they try to open ur door peeking through windows video recording without ur knowledge then having there wife harrasing you is not ok and quite frustrating to the point I'm going through a different company now

They are friendly and always work with us on payments , very nice people, Kelly is awesome ! They know my husband on a first name basis Best RAC I have ever been too

Amazing staff and really helpful. Missed work due to kids being positive for covid and they really worked with me on the payments since I was out of work.
