Absolutely terrible experience! I purchased a recliner sofa a couple of days ago based on the store’s assurance that it was “almost new” and being sold at a discontinued price. Trusting their words, I bought it as there were not sufficient space to inspect thoroughly. When it was delivered today, I was shocked to find it completely damaged and unusable—essentially scrap. I went back to the store with pictures and explained the situation, but they simply said, “It was sold as-is,” which was never mentioned during the purchase. I paid good money for something that is not fit for use and now have no option but to discard it. This is by far the worst shop and worst service I’ve ever experienced. Please be aware and avoid shopping at this store!
Charles is awesome to deal with. He made sure we got what we wanted before even getting to prices. Then he was very clear and helpful in answering questions when it came to billing. Thank you!!.
Ace Rent to Own is an outstanding company I’ve done business with for a long time. We just lost our entire house due to a mold and now they’re gonna fill it all up again and I like dealing with them no hassle 456 months same as Cash and it’s a really good deal brand new stuff and I wouldn’t do business with anybody else. I’ll be in touch. Thank you for the stove. It’s working wonderfully and she sure looks pretty merry Christmas the five kids in this house say thank you you too.
The people at the Bellevue store are always amazing to work with. If I'm behind, they work with me. If everything is paid up, they check in to see what they have that we might be interested in. In times of crisis, they've always been there to help.
They really get the customer especially when they are down on their luck if I could give 1000/1000 they definitely have it. This store is amazing and I recommend anyone to shop with them! The Mindy the store manager is so knowledgeable and helpful!
