If could rate negative i would . The guy working was the most disrespectful, unprofessional person i have encountered in my life . I'm going to be contacting corporate . 10/15 @4:30ish was his shift . I'll just say I believe in karma my guy ... treat others how you want to be treated .

Worst experience!! Rented a "Brand New" W/D and paid out for 6 weeks of rental. The washer quit working within the first 2 weeks. They have no loaners, they have no technicians to repair. It takes a week at a time to get them to look at it and then pick up. They picked up about a week before my lease paid up. I called multiple times and asked for a refund and was told they would look into it and call me back. No call back and when they were picked up I called again only to be told I would get no refund. Not even offered a partial refund when they know that at minimum half my lease I couldn't use the washer. The manager argued the timeline on my lease with no regard for the fact that they charged me for merchandise that was defective and they could not repair or provide loaner. They did not hold up their end of this agreement and I was simply told too bad. I will tell everyone I know, and everyone I meet, not to rent from Aarons!!

I have never had an issue with them they are always so nice so polite and friendly. Always worked with me with any late payments and always empathic to my situation ( it’s been a lot of medical things happen the past two years) always let my boyfriend pay or discuss the account and never pushed to repo they would rather you keep the item then take it back like rent a center! Both gen managers were delightful and love Brice now he is amazing and more then happy to help you get on track then to take back the item great place great people and wonderful understanding! Definitely 10 out of 10 strongly recommend them for any big purchase!!!!!!

We came back after a bad experience last year. The manager had told us over a year ago that we would be able to lease something with no money down and no first months payment if we wanted to give them another chance. Over a year later and they honored that offer. The people were so much better and nicer to deal with! Very happy and satisfied with this visit!
