Delivery team all the way to management is phenomenal! I can’t remember the names but they delivered not only our sectional in the summer but also our new mattress at close of business Friday. They are life savers! Even brought me a snickers bar on Valentines Day!!! I can’t say enough about Cieras willingness to go above and beyond every time I reach out. The Washington crew saved my sleep and my money!!!! Thank you all!!!

Very nice people to work with when looking for your needs. There staff is totally amazing and go above and beyond for you to make sure you're happy! The store manager is amazing and her store is very clean and welcoming! I highly recommend RENT ONE in Washington Mo! They are Amazing

They blow up your phone 2 or 3 times a day. I get it pay ur stuff. But it gets on the harassment level. Most stuff is super high on price. Please be mindful before agreeing.

Great experience! Washer was delivered same day and Josh was very kind even faced with 5 kiddos all running around and trying to chat as he was loading washer into house. There was error on papper work likey due to everything being done via phone since my 2yo is recovering from surgery but Ashley promptly corrected and was so kind through the whole process absolutely recommended.

Ashley, the manager, was awesome!! I went with a friend to get a phone from here, and as soon as we walked in..we were greeted. They had the exact phone my friend wanted, in great shape, & for a decent price. Ashley had a great attitude and helped us with everything we needed. *Thanks for being cool* 👍 😎
