Ok so I had a very small package to return from Amazon. First time I ever had to go here. It was the only option that was offered that was free. So the store was open till 6:00pm on a Friday. I got there at 5:45 and the guy working there saw me coming and told me we don’t accept returns after 5:00. He says it’s on the website. I don’t live locally. I went back on this site and I didn’t see anything posted. I went to Amazon nothing there but here is my return label and it has the store hours till 6:00. I’ll have to post it separately.

1 Star (only because a zero-star option isn’t available) I am extremely disappointed with Rent-A-Center due to serious concerns about data privacy and account security. My personal and financial information was shared with a different location, and representatives disclosed details of items under my contract to individuals who were not account holders. No proper identity verification was performed before sharing this information. As a result, multiple people are now aware of what I have under contract, which is completely unacceptable. The integrity and security of a renter’s personal data here appears to be nonexistent, matching the rating I would give if zero stars were an option. I would strongly caution anyone who values privacy and data security

I have had my washer and dryer for a year and a half. Payed off finally, have been wondering why our dryer hasn’t been drying correctly and getting really humid in the area. I go to clean up behind the dryer, after seeing socks and hand towels etc… come to find out that the vent for the dryer was never connected and the vent connected to the wall for the dryer. Still had the protection over it, not only did it upset me over the fact that they did there job wrong. It mainly upsets me because it could have caught on fire and put my family of 6 in danger. I will be calling up tmrw to talk to a manager!

Very lucky to have come across Ricky today, there was a little bit of a delay in getting the laptop I was wanting and hadn’t heard anything, called and cannot tell you how quick and easy Ricky made getting me a new BETTER gaming laptop. These guys clearly know what they are doing with knowledge and customer service. I would highly recommend anyone looking to grab anything rent to rent or rent to own, give Rocky and Josh a call.
