Do NOT RENT FROM HERE. For a used PS5, they wanted us to pay 1500 extra, on top of the 500 we already paid when they told us the original price is 700. The lady that helped us did not advise us about a 6Month pay off fee, she did not hand us paper work. We’ve been with rent a center for years and never had an issue with it. This is by far the worst store we have ever rented from.

Okay. So I was so ready to put this place on blast, because things just we're not going in my favor but they have completely redeemed themselves if you guys need anything, go in and see Chandler, he is amazing and will do whatever he can to get you what you need. You can always drop my name too. Get me a little discount and you. But they really are awesome!

This store has had some struggles in the past but they have definitely turned things around! The new staff is great! I would definitely recommend!

I just want to say what an amazing experience I had. I was in a bad bad deal with one of their clients and the client had not been honest. Joe Lainey and Rusty went above and beyond what they needed to. Honestly they could of said tough luck and sent me on my way. Instead they listened to me and made things better for me. I am so grateful for both of these gentlemen. I was able to keep the item and get my valuable memories back. Thank you Joe and Rusty from the bottom of my heart. Grateful grandma here! If I could give them 10 stars they would have it.!!!!!!!

Excellent experience. I would give 100 stars if possible! I ordered online and had some hiccups with my order coming in- Mike, Corey and Scotty were wonderful in getting everything figured out same day and I ended up with something better than I originally ordered from in store and delivered within hours! This store has definitely gained a return customer, thank you all for your customer service!
