I ordered a fridge from them awhile back and the gentlemen and lady I speak with on the phone are very professional and friendly. Ive never had any issues with them so long as I stay in touch about payments and such. I definitely recommend very good service here.

I ordered furniture to be delivered to my house and when they got here they told me that they could not drop it off because we have to do e-pay and I did at the store and I did put money down and now they won’t give me my money back or give me my furniture that I put money down on and then I talked to Kevin and he said it was all because of my ex so not they are taking it out on me and I was not even on the account

Manager Sissy had a great personality. We have been with Arron’s for many many years and she and her crew have always helped us with great patience thank u guys for being there for us in our time of need

I literally just drove an hour to purchase furniture for our new house. There were 5 workers when we walked it, as well as one in the office and one employee who was asleep in the recliner section. No one asked if we needed help, no one greeted us, no one acknowledged we were there. As they watched us walk to the exit I turned and said thank you for helping us, I guess we will go somewhere else and they just sat and looked at us. Unbelievable. Just rented a whole house full of furniture from rent one, right down the road. Greeted us at the door and everything.
