Gabe and Chris was very polite and helpful and worked getting my all in one washer and dryer up my stairs very hard I know it was not easy so I thank them very much, great guys I highly recommend them. Christy at the store was so friendly and helpful as well. First time I’ve ever been to this store and I would highly recommend it to my friends. No hassle, easy to walk out with what you need. Thanks to all involved with the delivery and purchase of my washer dryer combo and by the way I love it so far

Terrible service from a terrible company. Made me sit and go through the application process. They denied me because my brother in law skipped out on them 3 years ago. Even to know all accounts in my name where paid out and merchandise returned im being held accountable for another person's actions. Ive avoided this place for 3 years seems ill continue and go back to Rent A Center.

Brad and I have rent from rent one since they took over a long time! We have furnished just about our whole home several times there. We have never had any issues.when he was injured or struggling they worked with us completely! I have ordered new furniture a lot I love change and Everytime I asked to keep it all boxed till delivered. Never a problem everyone has always been helpful friendly respectful quick on all levels the team you have are quite the best team so far. Thanks for all u guys do.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service ever! A month and a half ago I ordered a dresser. Paid my first month. Never heard from them. 3 weeks after the first order I placed another order for a couch. Paid for that: Never heard anything. I’ve called multiple times. They just keep saying they are waiting for a truck to come in but they have no idea when that will be. They have NEVER reached out to me once!!!
