Worst place ever! Apparently when you work at Rent a Center you can take naps on the furniture whenever you want. Saint Joseph, your employees at your store are trashy. Not a single bit of professionalism at all! Walked in to the store and your employee is laying, sprawled out on a couch with her phone in her face. I will be sure to inform everybody I know that your store is not the place to go. DON’T GO TO THIS STORE!!

I really enjoy rent a center, I love it so much that EVERYTHING in my house comes from them. The staff ( Mindy & Dakota ) are always so pleasant, friendly, and extremely helpful. When I want something or need help, they are quick to be helpful. They treat me like family and accommodate me when I need more. Thank you for the wonderful service and the friendship ❤️ ♥️ 😀.

So despite being warned by multiple people not to go through Rent a Center for anything due to the horrible customer service and the way people are treated we did. For over a week now they were supposed to correct our monthly payment because before we signed we were told our payment is $225 a month for everything, that being with taxes and fees. Once paperwork was done it showed $267. I told her we can't afford that and that's not what was agreed on. I was told by the manager (who is the one who sold us the merchandise) that she would fix it the next morning. I called the next morning because I never got another auto pay text to find out if it was changed. The girl who answered told me the manager wasn't even there that day it was her day off! I called again on Thursday, still hadn't been fixed. Friday was delivery day, I went to the store and was told "oh no I'll do it right now". The guys delivered the stuff and before they were even done with setup had me do a delivery survey with someone at the store, she asked if I was satisfied with the delivery and the setup and if everything was working ok. I didn't even get a chance to check the machines so I told her as far as I know because they are finishing up still. She then proceeded to very aggressively tell me multiple times the payment is due the 3rd not a day late. I told her many times yes I understand and it will be the 3rd as we are on autopay and that's our payday. I felt very attacked by the tone in her voice, mind you at this point still no updated payment. The guys were still on my porch as I tried to start a load of laundry and the machine was just humming. They pulled out before I could catch them so I called the store. The girl said maybe they didn't turn the water on and she would call them. While she was calling I tried to turn the water on myself but the hot water is way too tight and I can't really reach anyway. I was able to get the cold water on. The girl from the store called back and said they did indeed forget the water, I told her I got the cold on but can't get the hot water. She said well can you just have your husband do it, I was like I can try but he is not much stronger than me and short as well. She then said if he can't get it call the next morning and she will send someone out. We couldn't get it so I called at 1005 am they opened at 10, I was told both trucks were already gone but she would send them as soon as 1 is back. I never heard anything else that day. I was busy Monday and Tuesday so I called yesterday and again the payment still had not been fixed and is set to auto pay at midnight tonight. The girl also told me her trucks had just left and as soon as one was back she would send them. Again nothing! I called yesterday afternoon asked about both, still payment is messed up and she said call today to remind her to send them to turn on the water. I called today she told me oh you guys have to come in to do paperwork again, my thought was why on earth did you guys not tell me this a week ago!? Then proceeded to tell me they can't send their guys to turn the water on, I was like why they are who dropped the ball and didn't do their job? She said she totally understands she was just told they can't. Once off the phone I told Dre no I'm done I want them to come get the stuff I'm not doing service with them. He called and the manager answered, he was very polite and told her we decided we don't want the stuff and need them to just come get it, but we aren't going to be home today and would need it done tomorrow. She said it has to be done today, or we will have to make the payment. I took the phone and said we will not be home today it can't be today, she was adamant it had to be today. Dre asked for the customer service number, she asked why he needed that. I said because this is ridiculous now, she asked what is ridiculous, I started to try and tell her and she interrupted me asking again what's ridiculous, I told her if she would stop interrupting me I could tell her. She was so rude I just hung up! I do not recommend them!

I’ve always had good experience with them and they always very polite with me and my kids. They get my stuff to me fast or if I have problem with sitting up game they always helpful sitting it up

Ray and Dakota did a fantastic job on delivering my refrigerator! It was kind of a pain to get it through my back door and into my kitchen, but they got the job done. I'm very appreciative of their hard work and effort on getting it in my kitchen!

I absolutely love this location. I have rented off and on for several years from this location. I just paid off my sectional today, and signed another agreement for a bedroom set. Tamera (not sure if thats spelled correctly) was absolutely amazing and dealing with me being so indecisive. Lol. 10 out 10 will recommend.

Mindy was very unprofessional. She wouldn’t rent to me because she didn’t like me for a personal reason. I had all my credentials. I was already approved. Do not rent from her. Corporate said she absolutely cannot deny me for a personal reason if I could give zero stars, I would
