Their ez pay system is a joke. Told me I owed a payment on the 31st. Paid it on the 30th and then tried taking more money out and now the store is saying I still owe the payment. I’ve worked with Aaron’s for years and never had this issue.
I was in a unique situation in which I needed a rental couch at very short notice. Joel (hopefully I'm spelling his name correctly) was happy to help me. He made sure I had exactly what I needed just in time for my event. Joel was very kind, accommodating, and professional from start to finish. It may not have been easy for him, but he went above and beyond solve my dilemma in the best way possible. I'll definitely be back!

Very rude staff! Sales manager and accounts Manager are either passive aggressive almost as if you're bothering them or just rude. Pretty sure this isn't the culture of aarons sales and lease!!!

Kiara is amazing she was very professional. I watched her ring me and another customer up at the same time. She helped bring my mattress outside and help me tie it to the top of my car. Kiara also completed my washer and dryer order. She didn’t make me feel rushed. She was in communication while I was waiting, she’s truly amazing. Way to go Kiara. Keep up the good work.

Christina the Manager of this location and her sales associate Kierra have the absolute best customer service! I reached out to them around 10 AM on a Saturday and had my complete bedroom set ready for pickup in a few hours! These ladies took the time to listen to my needs and boy did they deliver! My bedroom set is lovely and I was set up with manageable biweekly payments. These ladies definitely deserve recognition for the superior service that they offer not only were they professional, but friendly and inviting as well keep up the good work ladies, you are truly a representation of what excellent customer care is.

Going to Aarons in the past was always better than the other rent to own retailers. Recently going into a store hasn't been pleasant. It seems that they compete for customers but yet don't know how to approach or talk too their customers. Customers are always right and should be able to select without the attitude. Period.
