Terrible customer service the front desk rep had an attitude and cancelled my order because I put my wife as a reference and he said I couldn’t use her as a reference because she didn’t answer (my wife was with me he never called) so he ripped up the paper in my face with and attitude an argument took place and now they’re holding my money hostage when it’s obvious they aren’t going to fill my order so why keep my money as I said TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THE OTHER REVIEW SAID THIS PLACE IS A SCAM I went to Aaron’s and had no issues this place sucks!

Complete scam. Leased a washer,and OPTED OUT of "care package" on my lease,which costs $15 more per month. Total monthly per contract is $39.99...they bill $68 and some change,saying everyone must buy the care package. Showed them my contract they signed and they did nothing but insist everyone must pay it. That adds about $600 tonthe cost of the lease. Reporting to atty general,their corporate and BBB. Steer clear..theyre a scam.

Just keeping contact with them and everything goes great. Auto withdrawal is amazing. You never have to make a payment, it comes right out. Be sure to set up Auto Pay to save yourself phone calls and headaches. Communication is key!

Never again. I've been a customer for over 20 years, before Rent One had a website. I've paid off multiple items with no problem. However, there are new employees and a new manager now. I recently returned a used washer that broke. This situation has never happened to me. After returning the broke washer, the employee gave me a new washer to take. This employee failed to inform me of any changes to my account. I was under the impression that I was continuing my original contract. The employee never stated that I was starting a new contract with a new balance. The customer service is horrible now. The manager is rude and I've endured harassment to the point to where I am seeking legal assistance. I will never recommend this business to anyone again.
