The multiple times as I brought up at my son would be at home for the delivery no one asked me if he had to be 18 the washer and dryer was dropped outside at my request but they couldn't even change the plug for the dryer they just left it

Returned my items I no longer needed (RAC picked them up themselves) and I am still getting emails and constant withdrawals from my account for merchandise I returned. I understand what I signed up for but I didnt think they would keep trying to get more and more money after I returned the items. I'm one email away from filing a harassment complaint. Only use them if it is your last option and you need something badly, even then only use them if you need it immediately.

Your app has told me the entire length of my agreement that my same as cash ends on 3/24/2025. But when I tried to pay it, it would not let me. Told by the store today that it ended on 3/22/2025. Not sure how I would of known that if my app told me 3/24/2025. But was told oh out of luck you can't pay the 219. Now you have to pay double. I will not be using your store again..

The people who delivered my couch were pretty cool and they had it done in 10 minutes. They communicated well through the whole process. I will definitely purchase through them again!
