Washer and dryer set came and wasn't even screwed to the pedal stools correctly very dissatisfied. Completely missed holes and missing a whole bracket.

Huge shout out to jennifer and the team at the Salem Aaron’s location. They replaced our dryer in a very timely manner! I highly recommend the Salem location and also recommend paying the small fee for the Aaron’s club benefits once you pay off an item. It’s a very good deal 🥰

VERY Dissatified here it is almost a month my washer went to repairs told it went on 3/22/24 they had plenty of time to fix easy fix..VERY BAD COMPANY TO BUY FROM AS ATHERS I WAS TOLD THE SME

Crystal is great to deal with. Called and was going to get another washer/dryer and instead of her trying to go ahead and sell me one she informed me mine was still under warranty. Most places wouldn’t do that. Definitely recommend Aaron’s

I bought a couch (used) was good on the price but needed it delivered the lady told me to do 120 days same as cash and they would deliver it then I can just pay it off. Well a couple months later I went in to pay it off and was told well she is no longer with us and you have to make your payment for 6 months we don’t sell discount furniture on 120 contracts so know I have to choose to pay double for the furniture or loose the money I already paid. 😬
