Terrible! I’ve been a customer for a long time and because I fell on hard times for one month I was belittled and disrespected by the manager with the ear lobe than is stretched down to his knees. Unwilling to work with me and was rude and disrespected. Absolutely disgraceful, who the hell does he think he is belittling me for falling behind. He should be fired and sent to customer service training!!!!!!

The most unpleasant rent a center I’ve ever dealt with. Have furniture with these guys...picked out a couch, got it delivered (along with a whole living room set and bedroom set) have had it for maybe a month, the cushions slide badly and it’s just not comfortable to us. We gave it a few weeks to see if we warmed up to it and we just don’t like it. Period. We asked to pick out another couch and have no problem paying for the delivery, any financial adjustments wouldn’t be an issue. My husband even offered to help them bring it up along with his brother. The store manager Scott told me that “he has the right to refuse any service and he doesn’t want to carry another couch up our apartment stairs again” LAZY! Inconsiderate! RUDE!! Isn’t that your JOB!? like I said, money isn’t an issue...he refuses to make ya happy and you think I’m going to continue to pay for something I’m not happy with? No sir. They will be picking up the bed room set (bedframe, dresser, & bedside tables), 75 in. Tv, coffee & end tables, & couch by next week & instead of just making us happy with one couch, they can haul EVERYTHING out & I will take my business else where! Save yourself the trouble & avoid these poorly skilled, lazy, rude associates & take your business to somewhere that will appreciate & value you!!
