James and Brandon were in the store on the day that I stopped by to look at an oversized foam chair. I thought that RAC might carry them and I could see if I liked one before purchasing one. I didn’t actually think I’d walk away with a piece of furniture or contract on this day. I explained my situation and needs to Brandon and he in turned showed me the type of chair that I was asking about. We discussed their quality and why so many had been returned. Brandon listened well to my needs and showed me a very nice recliner that has vibration and heat. I shortly thereafter walked away with a new contract. Now, I don’t truly plan to rent this chair for long. It’s brand new and it will likely be staying in my home for a very long time. Since that day initial day, I’ve had a few interactions with the store manager, James. He and I have spoken on the phone and I have found him to be both professional and very helpful. James has taken the time to actually listen to what I’ve said and give consideration to my issue and then even had a helpful solution. Overall, I’m truly impressed with my small interactions with this store. I had my own preconceived notions, and none of them were true in the end. So if you are considering a piece of furniture or needing a home appliance, please consider RAC. These folks will do all that they can to make sure that they meet your needs and assist in getting the product to you, in your home and even go beyond the set up of that product in your home, but follow up with you to help meet your needs to keep the product in your home. I think you just have to be openly communicative with James. Tell him what’s going on and he will do his best to help you.

They helped us soooo much in getting anew stove for a new home. Worked some magic for us, since we are a new family with two little ones. The main guy that helped us, the sales manager I believe, was super awesome and gave us an amaz8ng discount from the week before. Will be getting more things and highly recommend.
