I went in to make a purchase, possibly two purchases, and was told to go somewhere else, and not even asked what my budget was or what I was looking for, was just rushed out the door and passed off to somewhere else, and didn't want to spend time with me when I wanted to make a purchase. I asked a couple of questions and wasn't given answers. It's really not appropriate. Definitely won't be back. Also was paying attention to their personal phone instead of me as a customer. Talked nonstop with useless statements and how much money he had, but didn't answer my questions on a purchase and just assumed I couldn't afford purchases and wouldn't help me or answer my questions.
Very trustworthy team with guys who really know what they're talking about there. Highly recommended.
I received excellent customer service, he was very polite, conducted business, professionally and efficiently. Overall, I didn’t feel rushed and any questions I had was answered. I recommend All American Rental to anyone needing an appliance at an affordable cost!

Love this place! We have done business with them prior and came back because Terry is amazing!! He’s always been the one to answer my calls, questions - checked us out, helped us load it - seriously!! The customer service is why we keep coming back, but the prices help too!!
