This place is worthless as an Amazon return location. Went 5 separate days during normal business hours. 4 times they had a sign that said their Amazon scanner was down and the 5th time no sign but their door was locked 30 minutes before the closing hours posted on their door and site.
Not a very good place to do business. Was threatened by an employee stating she was with the cooperat office. Then another employee called claimed to be someone that could help me get my money back for furniture that wasn't delivered. Reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Attorney Generals office and the Lee's Summit Mo police department. Still waiting for a refund. ($988.37)
Went in on a Saturday, got everything i needed and wanted. Had it scheduled for delivery the following Monday. Delivery was early and very much appreciated. Highly recommend!! Much better than their competitors. Thank you RAC for going above and beyond.

I'm having surgery and needed a recliner to assist with my recovery. Sandra helped me pick out the perfect chair. She was so pleasant and easy to work with. I really appreciate everything she did for me! Best customer service experience ever!
