Not a very good place to do business. Was threatened by an employee stating she was with the cooperat office. Then another employee called claimed to be someone that could help me get my money back for furniture that wasn't delivered. Reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Attorney Generals office and the Lee's Summit Mo police department. Still waiting for a refund. ($988.37)

Went in on a Saturday, got everything i needed and wanted. Had it scheduled for delivery the following Monday. Delivery was early and very much appreciated. Highly recommend!! Much better than their competitors. Thank you RAC for going above and beyond.

Easy to work with, with communication and Wayne has always been very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.
I'm having surgery and needed a recliner to assist with my recovery. Sandra helped me pick out the perfect chair. She was so pleasant and easy to work with. I really appreciate everything she did for me! Best customer service experience ever!

The staff here at Rent-A-Center has been amazing. The compressor in my refrigerator has gone out twice in three months, leaving me trying to feed a family of four out of coolers and dorm fridges. The supervisor at the Lee's Summit location, Raquel, has been a lifesaver. She's been kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful. She and the other team members have worked so hard to find a rental fridge for our family and to get it out to us quickly, even while dealing with their own staff shortages. I had thankfully never needed to rent an appliance previously, but would highly recommend using Rent-A-Center to anyone who experiencing a broken appliance and waiting for service.
