They have poorly engineered washing machines. How and why: the engine/'motor' is on the axis of the drum. Now think: when you open a door, should you apply force near the hinges or the door handle? The engines, lightweight, should be near the surface of the drum. The same for cement mixing trucks. No, I am not in the Geiger family.

Worst location i ever dealt with the way the try to talk to people is disrespectful and try to get over on people. Never again. Manager is horrible.

RUDE ‼️ DISRESPECTFUL ‼️ UNPROFESSIONAL‼️ WILL SEND SOMEONE TO BAM AT YOUR DOOR AT 8AM EVERY DAY FOR 10 MINS STRAIGHT‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I’M NOT GETTING UP AT 8AM TO ANSWER THE DOOR FOR NOBODY I DONT EVEN WAKE UP TALKING AT 8AM ‼️ I DON’T CARE HOW MUCH YOU NEED THAT IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL I HAVE SMALL CHILDREN AND A NEWBORN‼️‼️ WHEN I TOLD THEM TO STOP DOING THAT THEY CONSTANTLY KEPT REPEATING “WELL MAAM IN THIS CASE” NO THAT’S SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND YOU DONT EVEN OPEN UNTIL 10AM THEN THE DAY I COMPLAINED TAMMY CALLED BEING FUNNY SAYING “WE’LL SEE YOU AT 8AM” I LIVED IN LIBERTY YEARS BEFORE LIVING IN KC AND IT’S NOT THE SAME I DONT LIKE IT HERE EVERYBODY IS JUST SO DISRESPECTFUL THAT ARE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ‼️ THEN ADD A FEE FOR THEM COMING TO YOUR HOUSE…. Anna and miss lady the account manager were so helpful in making my computer exchange as smooth as possible. Unlike some people who didn’t even bother (GM) they went above and beyond for me and I appreciate them so much. Excellent customer service

Unprofessional. Rude. We moved and they refused to get the washer and dryer. Made us wait till after we moved to even make an appointment, then left because we had to meet them there, since we dont live there anymore, They decided not to wait 5mins to get their products. They forbid us from having our movers move it! They dont like US.
