Gave 3 stars before, but went in to address my issue. The staff was super friendly and helped me. I'm a happy camper now.

Had a problem with one of there portable ac(paid all but 5 payments left of $3k ,got behind,tried to offer to pay it up,they refuse it as well deny fixing it) and my brother had there washer(about paid off) and paid off shampooer(sent in 3x for repair) and now they refuse to fix them claim. Paid off several items between my brother and I. As well do the club membership. With them not honor the club we both discontinued it. At this time discontinued all future business of any kind goin forward. Rude staff and dishonor club agreement; due to false allegations. Definitely no customer appreciation detected even for gold members.

Extremely disappointing experience. I sent my washer in for repairs, and it took over 8 and a half months to get it back. Every time they attempted to return it, there was a new excuse. Eventually, I got tired of waiting and went to personally pick up my washer and return their loaner myself—something they failed to manage. When I did, the general manager was rude and unprofessional, and told me he no longer wanted to do business with me, despite the fact that I had always paid on time and been a loyal customer. It was incredibly frustrating to be treated this way after such a long delay and lack of accountability. I cannot in good conscience recommend this business to anyone. No one should have to wait nearly nine months to get their own property back—especially while being treated disrespectfully in the process.

They wouldn't service their product when ask to. They block my wife into our driveway wouldn't let her leave to an appointment just walk into our house with out permission. They refused to let me make a payment when I got pay. I wouldn't use them again. They have very very poor customers service. I bought a portable dishwasher pay it off it didn't last a year if having it.

I am blessed to do business with these people! The front ladies are so nice, as well has the general manager who is so kind. Make your payments on time, communicate and be honest of your situations and they will work with you. My washer and dryer is brand new and top quality. Store is clean and friendly!! Payments were cheaper/better than other places I looked at around town.
