So I had some furniture picked up from my house. Rent a center Damaged my brand new kitchen Floor. I reached out to Kyle who did nothing. So I reached out to his DM. They filed the claim with sedgwick and then my claim was denied as rent a center said they didn't damage my brand new floor. Do not rent from here horrible experience. Won't ever rent from them again. Take your business to to Aarons or Arona stay away they will do damage and not held accountable .

I've been a customer for some years and I've never had a better customer service experience anywhere else. Adam, Kyle, and Willy are the best. Always willing to help me out and are very understanding. I drive the extra 10-20 minutes because of these guys.

Have done business with RAC in the past and probably spent $10,000.00 more than we needed to,but the Customer Service back then was actually pretty great,went to have a phone financed cause of an emergency and got turned down because my landlord was honest with RAC that I had been late on rent a couple of times,but was caught up at this time! So if you want to be a disrespected Loyal Customer RAC is your place!!!
