these guy are a joke and to let you all know i not paying for nothing i already have my attorney on this with the rudeness of the manger them not fixing thing that are broke and we had the plus and i will be calling on how you field ppl threat and all i would not rent from this place even my lawyer say they slim shady at this and i will be calling on them to the owner or corp. in morning

I have done business in the Harrisonville,Mo location since 2009. Kyle and his crew are awesome!!
So I had some furniture picked up from my house. Rent a center Damaged my brand new kitchen Floor. I reached out to Kyle who did nothing. So I reached out to his DM. They filed the claim with sedgwick and then my claim was denied as rent a center said they didn't damage my brand new floor. Do not rent from here horrible experience. Won't ever rent from them again. Take your business to to Aarons or Arona stay away they will do damage and not held accountable .
I've been a customer for some years and I've never had a better customer service experience anywhere else. Adam, Kyle, and Willy are the best. Always willing to help me out and are very understanding. I drive the extra 10-20 minutes because of these guys.
