Brandon’s behavior at work is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when dealing with customers. He has cussed me out and spoken to me in a disrespectful manner, which is not an appropriate way to communicate with anyone in a workplace. Customers should be treated with patience, respect, and professionalism, regardless of the situation. Brandon clearly needs to work on how he communicates with customers and coworkers because his attitude and the way he speaks to people create an uncomfortable and unprofessional work environment.
Sierra is such a sweetheart 💕 She's understanding and always tries to help me when I need it. I am sure she gets sick of me but never shows it Lol... 🤣😂
They always help me and show patience when it comes payments! They are great!
Quick easy process. Helpful friendly staff. Only down side was that I had to go to another store to get item that day. AC unit. It was 89 plus. Needed it quick.
This team is the best! Sierra and her employees are always more than willing to help with questions and concerns- over the top customer service.
This store has really changed since Sierra has taken over. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend going here for all your rental needs!
