This is the first time I've dealt with rent a center and they have been more than helpful in every way they been contacting showing me step by step what to do I got to I appreciate their professionalism bc I kno I'm a headache thank u girls

My wife went in today just to check out a table and chairs, walked around the store for 15 minutes. No one greeted her, no one asked if she needed any assistance, nada. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Danielle and Jessica are by the far the rudest ladies I’ve ever met. They call your phone and disrespect you and think it’s okay. I’ve never heard anything good about Danielle she’s rude and don’t need to be working in that place
