Enjoyed the way that the employee was able to tell me everything I needed to know about what they had to offer me in detail about what I was looking for. The delivery and set up was quick and they were very pleasant

This is a money hungry business that locks you in a contract at a set price and then wants to change your payment without notifying you of sudden price hikes and not telling you anything until you go to make your payment and learn each time the payment getting higher because they want to enroll you into a club you previously declined all to get a few extra dollars out of a disabled household that's just trying to get by.. They set a monthy payment after I told them an amount I couldn't go over and sealed there fate with me taking my business to a real rent to own company Rent A Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, where they take care of there customers and find solutions to issues that may arise to show people they appreciate your business. Rent A Center jumped through hoops and made adjustments to accommodate my needs in order to earn my business, without getting beat up by a pen and money being taken from me because there shady. If you don't want to get taken and be treated like a customer at one payment time and like a villain when not present, DON'T waste your time and money at Aaron's when I'm telling you that Rent A Center in Cape is the best place to put your money because Rent A Center in Cape goes above and beyond to show you that you matter to them. Best rent to own company I've ever had business with. Give them a call, when you start your conversation, you'll automatically know they have your best interest. Best company ever and I not only recommend Rent A Center to you, I recommend them to the world. Need more companies like this. Try them and you'll experience 1st hand all that I've said.

Well since aarons made an attempt to reach out I gave one more star for trying. For the record aarons used to be good I went in and the clerk at the desk was rude. Had attitude because I did not want to look at online inventory. They have almost nothing in the store. End of the day I received no help, they had nothing for me to look at, and they gave me attitude for not using the website. I left a 1 star review, but at least they asked why. Just do better

I absolutely love Aaron’s, They have excellent staff. You’re always greeted with a smile, upbeat attitude, excellent personalities, And the delivery guys work really hard. They’re very friendly and courteous when they make deliveries To my home!! Very satisfied customer

I agree with the last review about the employee he described. I have been in there several times over the last several months and have witnessed the rudeness. The worst part is that he is the General Manager. He was so rude and banging on a desk. Unstable for sure. His name is Alan or Alex. Something like that!
