Randy is great! He checked in to make sure the washer and dryer were performing as they should! I really appreciate him taking time out of his day to check in! Jessica- she is the sweetest and she’s so polite and respectful! I love talking to her when I call them ❤️ Chaz- long time friend! He’s really polite and respectful as well! He has also checked in to see how the machines are working! I didn’t catch the name of our delivery driver (I know he was new and still getting the hang of things) he did great! Very nice and polite. He set up the machines for us, and was fast! You guys are doing great!! Keep it up! (Sorry if left anyone out these are the ones I have communicated with and met)
The wife and I are frequent customers and have never had any but 100 % professionalism and we will continue to work with National as life requires it!
