My wife and I have been a customer for over 10 years, and as long as you keep your end of the bargain and make your payments on time - they will go out of their way to make sure you get what you need and offer great advice. Def. recommend to anyone either looking for temp. items or for a decent payment plan for big tag items that are delivered, serviced, etc. A++

Last week, we came in to be returning customers, needing a new oven. In the past, we have dealt with Jarrod and have been extremely satisfied. However, JORDAN did not deliver the same thing. He was friendly and polite upon entry but quickly became uninterested when it seemed like what we were asking for would take a little work and wasn't available right in the store. He began looking around at other stores, great. Except his attitude sucked and I was already tired of hearing him heavily sigh. Once he started calling other stores, his communication with us basically went to nothing. I was getting very annoyed at this point because he made it very obvious he was already done helping us. He told us there weren't any double ovens available and then proceeded to answer the phone. He did not tell us to please wait or anything like that. Answered the phone and moved onto the next customer so we left. My husband called back later because we really wanted to use National TV again and we were told that if we had just waited, he would of told us he could of ordered us what we wanted. Needless to say, we went with Lowe's and got a better deal. Jordan desperately needs to work on his communication and maybe act like he actually wants to be there. It was quite a disappointing experience compared to our previous experience and we wont most likely wont be going back.
The people here at National tv sales in Aurora are awesome, happy go lucky and always ready to help in any way they can. I have been a customer for upwards of 10 years and have paid off many many things and in times of hardship they have always been great at working with me to keep my items and understanding of the fact that life happens. Awesome people, awesome company!
